Opening 2008 : PhD Researcher Position at CRECIS (UCL), Belgium
Missions
In the context of the new KBL-CBC Chair in Change Management, the Louvain School of Management is opening a full-time PhD Research position in the field of change management.
The researcher's role :
- Participate in the core research activities of the Center for Entrepreneurial Change and Innovative Strategies (CRECIS) in the area of change management and international business management
- Complete and present a PhD thesis within the partnership's initial time frame (up to five years) and contribute to publications in international conferences and scientific journals
Profil
The ideal candidate :
- MSc, MBA or equivalent degree in management, applied economics or social sciences, with honours
- Excellent ability to write and communicate in English and French, basic knowledge in Dutch
- Talented and enthusiastic researcher with affinity for both strategic management and organizational science
- Interest in and experience with large and international organisations
- Self-motivated, self-managing and able to work in a corporate environment
